I was part of the Interaction Future organization for two years, an initiative that leveraged design as a catalyst for social change. The program connected individuals from minority groups seeking career transitions with mentors to develop impactful social projects.
I contributed to mentoring support materials, training program design, mentorship sessions, and problem-solving activities, as well as marketing materials, branding, project promotion, and organizational planning, including partnership fostering.

Experience as a Product Designer in the Literacy Rails social initiative, a collaboration between Fundação Vale and Fundação Getúlio Vargas, in partnership with municipal and state governments in Maranhão, focused on improving learning management and literacy.
